\u00d7 A product sent to Loolinn for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.<\/p>\n

\u00d7 A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.<\/p>\n

\u00d7 Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.<\/p>\n

\u00d7 Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.<\/p>\n

\u00d7 Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.<\/p>\n

\u00d7 A product is not delivered to Loolinn within seven 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Loolinn.<\/p>\n

Return & Refund Instructions<\/h2>\n

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 7 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving your product(s).<\/p>\n

2) Go to “My Orders”.<\/p>\n

3) Find the order you would like to return and click \u201cDetails\u201d.<\/p>\n

4) Click \u201capply for after-sales\u201d at the right side of the item(s) you would like to return.<\/p>\n

Refund Time<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.<\/p>\n

Bundle deals<\/span><\/p>\n
